BBP is privileged to be part of Temasek Tripartite Conversations (TTC) 2021, a closed-door networking session on green economy and green jobs that was attended by more than 200 guests who are senior public sector leaders, chairmen and senior management of Temasek portfolio companies, Singapore labour union leaders, Temasek senior management, as well as representatives from global corporations and other Singapore companies.
In its fifth year, this year’s TTC was held over two sessions on clean energy carbonisation and smart sustainable cities, against the backdrop of the current global pandemic and its significant impact. The virtually held event was graced by Singapore Minister for National Development, Mr Desmond Lee and NTUC Secretary-General, Ng Chee Meng.
Participating in the panel discussion with Ms Cindy Lim (CEO, Keppel Infrastructure) and Mr S Harsha (MD for Sustainable Energy Solutions, SP Group), which spotlights the benefits for businesses in going green and new green jobs created to support emerging green growth sectors and transformation in existing industries, BBP shared its experience on being part of the green economy ecosystem and initiatives BBP has taken to keep its workforce current, given the challenges it faces as an SME.
