As head of Asset management, my day start with checking the mobile dashboard for portfolio performance for all my sites as first thing in the morning. I also get KPI / SMS alarms received from various sites. This gives me head start to plan my day with top priorities of the day followed by customer meetings. My role involves planning for daily operations, short term and long-term performance improvement plans and growth strategy for the organisation.
