Responsible for all technical related issues, ensuring target performance and address the root cause of the asset (client) is maintained through the course of the contract
Check performance deviations and defines the root cause and, if needed, escalates to Performance team with justification.
Coordinate EPC maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.
Collect and evaluate statistical data related to the performance of the asset
Constantly monitors by sms/daily dashboard, through BBP’s platforms, fault detection, energy and cost actuals vs. forecast, and measurement and verification (M&V) of energy savings post installation
Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
Prepares and maintains the comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
Evaluate and provide fast resolution to field performance issues
Visit sites to diagnose BBP operational issues and develop resolution plans
Perform PLC/SCADA and measurement and verification (M&V) instruments maintenance monthly/quarterly.
Work closely and collaborate with the Customer Success manager to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment
A willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and independently
Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
High level of initiative with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours as needed to meet the deadline
