Business Development Manager (Indonesia)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Sales growth across markets

  • Market research & study
  • Define the sales strategy in agreement with your team leader
  • Defines and closely monitors sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and root causes from deviations in performance
  • Identify, develop, and explore new segment for new growth.

Develop strong partnerships and key accounts

  • Build strong relationships with key customers in all relevant industry segments
  • To be the key contact point for all existing customers and partner.
  • To ensure continuity of optimization subscription contract.
  • To access and pick up new leads from customers customer.
  • Working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Engineer
  • Prior industry related business development experience (such as in Sustainability and HVAC industries)
  • Experience and network in industrial and commercial segment is advantageous
  • Self-motivated team player with the tenacity and drive to seek new business to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and explore
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
